A subsidiary of 4 Liberty Records M.I.RAW was launched in 2006 - The brainchild of Tony Portelli. In addition to the record label the company's also a DJ management company, plus has its own promotional clothing line.
As a record label M.I.RAW has had underground to crossover success with U.K genres such as Bassline House, UK Funky House, & UKG.

From 2006 / 2010
the company exclusively managed BBC 1xtra's DJ Q, and DJ Footloose both securing success with single, & chart topping compilation releases, including the million selling 'Now'
brand , & song writer publishing deals via EMI. In addition the label has concluded and promo U.K No.1 crossover remixes, such as Mark Ronson featuring Amy Winehouse 'Valerie' (Sony), David Guetta's
'Sexy Bitch' (Positiva / EMI), plus many more.
2016
saw the label go in to a new distribution deal with label worx distribution which has seen the the sound of the label
grow
across the online
global community. M.I.RAW music features across Spotify, iTunes, you can also find our releases out now via genre specialist stockists: Juno Download, Traxsource, Beatport, plus a whole host of certified online stores.
The name of the company
came from Tony's self penned autobiography published six months prior to the labels inception, which is entitled, 'The Music Industry Raw' (Pirates, Clubs, House And Garage) - The main crux of the unedited January 2006 released book is based on his life and largely the record label he founded in 1993, 4 Liberty Records Ltd, home to some of the forefathers / biggest names in House music, UK Garage, Grime, Drum And Bass and much more.
